  • Site-Specific HSPs addressing the immediate risks and dangers involved at each job site.
  • Complete MSDS Manuals for all chemicals in our facilities or on our vehicles/job sites.
  • Monthly Safety Meetings for all employees
  • Additional “Toolbox” or “Tailgate” meetings at the start of and throughout the duration of projects as needed.
  • Additional safety training for our CDL Drivers pertaining to USDOT and FMCSA Standards
  • A complete Medical Surveillance Program, including pre-employment and random drug testing, respirator fit tests and spirometry, as well as all other components of a routine physical exam.

All employees of Nature’s Way Environmental are required to report any unsafe condition or situation that they may become aware of. We enforce this policy strictly, and investigate all reports of unsafe conditions and/or activities.
